The World Series of Poker (WSOP) Paradise 2024 which was held at the Atlantis Resort in the Bahamas, has officially set a new record as the largest poker tournament series ever conducted outside of Las Vegas.

The World Series of Poker (WSOP) has released official numbers regarding the WSOP Paradise 2024 both live and online. The WSOP Paradise 2024 attracted a diverse group of grinders, including recreational players.

During the series, a total of 15 WSOP gold bracelets were awarded, with each event featuring prize pools exceeding $1 million. The poker fest saw a remarkable 9,494 entries.

WSOP Paradise 2024 awarded a total sum of $160,756,135 in prize money. Notably, 28 players reached millionaire status based on their performances throughout the series.

A highlight of this year's event was the largest tournament in history—the Super Main Event which came with a buy-in of $25K. WSOP Paradise 2024 was the first live series after WSOP’s sale to GGPoker. The online poker room had multiple promotions on its site for players to qualify for the marquee event.

With the second edition of the series setting a new record, there are high expectations from the next edition of the live tournament series in the Bahamas.
