Daniel Negreanu Made Final Table But Missed Bracelet In Online Event

The 7-time World Series of Poker (WSOP) bracelet winner Daniel Negreanu was grinding in the WSOP Online 2024 domestic edition which concluded recently.

The GGPoker ambassador made the final table in Event 26 $3,200 NL Hold'em High Roller. Here the Canadian pro finished seventh for a payday of $15,120. The tournament was shipped by Guy Dunlap for $92,610.

Event 26 had 95 unique players with the total entries settling at 126. This entry field led to the final prize pool inflating to $378,000.

Dunlap claimed the top spot by knocking out Aram 'Theosis' Zobian, a three-time WSOP Circuit ring winner, during heads-up. Zobian, who had 11 cashes in the WSOP Online series, earned $64,260 for his runner-up finish in Event 26.

David 'bewater' Goodman finished in third place for $49,140. The top 16 players in the tournament were paid, with notables like Jim Collopy, Soheb Porbandarwala, and Yueqi Zhu making it to the final table.

All four of Dunlap’s WSOP bracelets have been won in online events. With this latest win, Dunlap’s total WSOP career earnings now exceed $850,000, with the $92,610 prize representing the second-largest cash of his career.
